You need more than a pretty deck. You need a deck that communicates value. We offer two Demo Design services to help – our Demo Deck Remix, where we work with your slides, or Custom Demo Decks, where our graphic design team rebuilds your decks from the ground up.
Custom Demo Deck
Demo Solutions Custom Demo Deck is built from the ground up to highest design and usability standards. We integrate with your software and build on whatever platform you require to deliver better demos, and leave behind decks, every time. Demo Decks will not have a lot of words, they will not tell stories, and they will communicate visually only what is not possible to communicate verbally and non verbally in your presentation.
Leave Behind Demo Deck
The leave behind deck is your calling card and needs to be consistent, yet differentiated from your demo deck. Unlike the Demo Deck, the Custom Leave Behind Deck will clearly communicate product and organization value, from the mission statement and roadmap to the individual product with visual data, and is intended to be read, not delivered.
Demo Deck Remix
The Deck Remix takes all of your collateral and reworks it into a format that meets Demo Solutions best practice standards in leave behind, and deliverable formats. Most of our clients come to us with all the elements necessary to deliver better demos and presentations visually, but the delivery and content is inconsistent. This is where our remix comes in.
Demo Solutions are experts at translating verbal and non verbal data into visual data, and vice versa. It is critically important that your demo deck supports your presenters in their connection with the audience, not just as a teleprompter message with software slides. Our collateral is designed around principles backed by data that increase comprehension of materials.
Since Demo Solutions does not deliver decks a la carte, and they are part of our packages and coaching commitments, they are included in costs. Frequently, our pricing is much lower than having teams of professionals design a demo deck that looks great, but that doesn’t increase audience participation, comprehension, or connection
Demo Solutions runs audits of all of our content for diversity, equity, and inclusion. All materials need to be deliverable to all audiences, and making these universally applicable is not easy, but it is the best way in the long term to have successful demos and materials that last.
Since we audit materials for DEI and we focus on core messaging and storytelling that adapts to many styles of presenters and products, our Demo Decks are timeless. We are careful to prepare materials that are easily edited with recent numbers and data, to keep your decks fresh.

Deck pricing (like other content projects) tends to be less straightforward than some of our other services, because each project is different. We’ll work with you to determine goals and deliverables, and price accordingly. For example, if you want us to create the visuals, that’s more expensive than if we just write the talk track.
