We tailor our coaching to each individual’s style, or Demo Identity, to ensure they are delivering an authentic presentation. We start our coaching by identifying your demo personality, observing it in action,  and conducting a Demo Audit. We identify what works and what doesn’t and build on the things that work. The result is a demo and demo professional that is armed with a killer demo and understanding of their identity giving them an authentic attitude that wins the deal.

Contributor

Individual Contributor Coaching with Demo Solutions starts at two sessions and is recommended for 3 months at two sessions per month. We see immediate results and are available via email for questions relating to your deals. This is one of the values of the coaching over training is our availability to consult in real time on your deals. 

Team Leader

Whether you’re a player-coach, or just a coach, we can help. Our leader training focuses on helping you to look at demos the way we do, and give feedback accordingly. Our coaching style is to “let people off the hook,” so you can coach the behavior instead of the person.

1:1

In select cases, we will work with people 1:1 for demo coaching, even if your organization isn’t running a larger training. Our capacity for 1:1 clients is limited, but please reach out if you’re interested.

Team coaching is $750 per person per month, with a minimum of 4 people. 1:1 coaching starts at $1,000 for 3 60-minute sessions.
