Content Project Pricing
OK, so this one is a bit more difficult. Content projects tend to be custom, and no two are alike. But, rather than just telling you to contact us for pricing, we are going to share a couple of sample projects and what the price would be. Your project may not be the exact same price, but this should give you a sense of the scope and cost.
Sample project: New Demo Deck or Product-Led Demo
Help with the “Level 1 demo”, which was intended to be delivered by inside sales or AEs. Includes a formal certification.
- Demo Audit
- 1 standard workshop
- A screenshot or video-based demo, whether in PPT or the software of your choice (Navattic, Walnut, etc)
- “Demo Storyboards” (our version of demo scripts)
- Training and certification for how to effectively deliver the new demo, including creating content for an LMS
Sample project: Presales Overhaul
$17,865/month (typically 3-6 months)
All new assets and training for technical presenters.

Sample project: Outsourced Presenters
We demo as if we are on your team. This gives you access to an experienced demo professional, without the hassle of things like “benefits” or “taxes” (we’ll handle all of that). And, you also don’t have the financial liability of an employee on your books. Includes everything you see in “Presales Overhaul,” plus a dedicated resource with guaranteed availability.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is pricing the same for startups?
If you haven’t closed your Series A (seed or pre-seed) we have special pricing. But for that one you’ll have to contact us.
Are there any additional fees I should know about?
Any expense that’s not our standard operating expense, or any travel outside of Chicago is billed at our cost. We’ll even provide receipts.
Also, our payment terms are typically net-15. And we do charge a $250 per-day late fee. Is that steep? Sure. But as long as you pay on time, we won’t have a problem.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We prefer ACH, but will happily accept credit cards (even American Express).
Anything else we need to know?
Standard disclaimer stuff that our lawyer tells us we have to have – these prices are subject to change, and are all based on a minimum commitment of people, time or both (except for one-time things like speaking or Audits)
